About us

Business Insight is the trading name of John Wright who is based in Preston, Lancashire but has Clients across the UK.

I specialise in setting Strategic Pathways in order to move Clients from where they are to where they want to be. For example, someone wanting to Grow their business will usually say "I want more sales" when asked what's stopping them from just doing that they usually say "I need to raise more cash"

I would challenge both those perceptions.  Firstly you shouldn't just want to grow the business. What I feel you should be looking to do is to grow the business in a sustainable way whilst at the same time reducing the work and stress load on the Principals.

Next, its not cash that's stopping you grow (unless you've got an Invention and need a POC and MVP then I admit that's a different matter) Any robust business seeking extra funding should have a Master Business Plan that will demonstrate how that funding will fit in with all the other business elements, will be used, repaid and secured through the assets of the business, whether that be machinery, property, Invoices, stock. P.G. etc etc

I can help you write that Master Business Plan and set up a Strategic Pathway to achieve growth and a reduction in workload and stress.
